Working out your perfect size may be daunting but we have made it simple for you and removed the guessing game. |
- Normal rule of thumb is to firstly go by neck size. If you only ever wear your shirt open then the torso size is subsequently important.
- The next important measurement is chest. We have included a maximum measurement, so if you fall above this size then you need to go up for optimum comfort and fit. Remember that the closer you are to maximum, then the more fitted the shirt will look and feel.
- If you prefer the pub to the gym then also check the waist size!

- Neck measurement
- Arm Length – taken from the middle of the neck to the wrist
- Chest measurement – taken around the torso under the arm pits
- Waist measurement –taken around what should be the smallest part of the torso or at the naval line
