Can I order from another country?

Of course you can! It would be unfair to keep Betty & Ford products all to ourselves.

How is my order shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

For Australian customers, all orders will only be sent using Australia Post – Express Post service. This normally takes 1 to 2 days for delivery.

Express Post enables us to track Australian deliveries should we require to.

For overseas customers all orders will be sent via Air Mail.

Air mail sent via Australia Post normally takes between 3 and 10 days.

Orders are sent the following business day from receipt of your order and in some cases the very same day.

Please note that due to security reasons we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

What types of cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

How do I exchange item/s purchased and what are your return policies?

If you have received your goods and are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to exchange / refund them for you* provided the goods have not been used in any way. Any first exchange is at no cost to the customer, however, any additional exchanges will be charged at AUD $3.00 per item.

Simply email us to inform us of the impending arrival and send the package to:

Replacements will only be sent once the original item has been received and is in the original condition to which it was sold. Please include a copy of the original invoice.

Betty & Ford has implemented a strict quality control program, and we are confident our customers will be impressed with the products we have on offer.

* Goods must be returned within 21 days of sale. Any approved refunds will be credited back onto the card holder's credit card to which the sale was originally made.

What happens if you don't have the item in stock?

We always attempt to keep our stock levels constant, however, at times we may experience high levels of demand for some product lines. In times like this we will increase our stock levels as quickly as we can.

Simply email us at reception@bettyandford.com with your preferred purchase and we will keep you personally up to date on when the stock arrives.

Please note that split deliveries due to out of stock items will not incur additional delivery charges.

Can I buy Betty & Ford in a store?

Yes. The first Betty & Ford store is located in Melbourne , Australia . We are situated at: store 10/26 Equitable Place in downtown Melbourne , Victoria 3000.

I'm not from Australia , what taxes and duties do I have to pay?

Import taxes and/or duties are not included in the price of your order. Most shipments arrive free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally shipments are reviewed by your country's customs agency. Should any additional charges apply they are not covered by Betty & Ford.
